Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications for our automotive platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and suggest improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve critical software defects and performance issues
Participate in product planning, providing technical input and estimates
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to drive innovation within the company

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a PHP Engineer, with a focus on backend development
Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Experience with MySQL, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning
Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Thorough understanding of agile development methodologies
Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
