Required Work Experience

• UX UI designer 
• Strong knowledge of Human-computer interaction, laws of UX, and visual standards for mobile and native apps
• Experience working with programming teams building scalable solutions
• Experience defining the design direction in a website and process and inspiring others through it
• Deep knowledge of how to balance business definitions, tech feasibility, and user needs
• Can effortlessly motivate and drive toward sound and intuitive website experiences
• Systems thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels
• Experience with making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for your audience
• Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience designing platforms and systems

Key Accountabilities:

• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles and practices, including user-centered design, design thinking, and information architecture.
• Experience with popular UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and admin panels that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.
• Solid portfolio of UX/UI design projects demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
•  Should be a good team player and lead projects alone.
• Keep good track of assigned tasks and finish on deadlines.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and tools to ensure designs are modern and effective
• Collaborate with developers to create user-centered designs
   

Required Language Skills

English – Upper-Intermediate

Command of Arabic language
