Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Please note that our official working days are from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and official holidays).
By placing an order on the Boo website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our shipping and delivery policy, which means compliance with all its terms.
All our shipments are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of the shipping and delivery service provider we use. Boo Store cannot be held liable for any compensation or claims in case the order is confirmed, the recipient is notified, or the customer receives the order, except in the following case:
- If the received item is damaged or defective, you can request a return through our customer service using the provided communication channels. We will then proceed with inspecting the item and completing the return or exchange process as per our return and exchange policy.
Please note that Boo Store is not responsible for any order where the customer does not respond within one week from the date of the order.
Customers cannot cancel or request a refund for items ordered after 24 hours from the order execution time. If the order is modified for any reason, a new delivery time will be calculated and not deducted from the previous order's delivery time.
Pickup Centers:
Delivery time starts after order confirmation and processing confirmation, and then you can collect the order from the selected pickup center. The recipient may be required to show identification or a QR code.
Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days through our contracted shipping companies and couriers.
Delivery Options:
There are two options for receiving the product: either by home delivery to the specified address or by picking it up from our branches. Deliveries are made during working days (from Saturday to Thursday). In general, product(s) will be prepared and shipped within two (2) business days, depending on the payment method, payment confirmation, the specified delivery address, and item availability in the warehouse. No deliveries are made on official holidays and weekends.
Shipping Address:
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Yes, but only before the order is shipped.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are determined based on the type of product, order volume, and the delivery address specified in the order.
Tracking Shipment:
On your account page, you can view the current status of your order, see the items required, check estimated delivery and shipping times, and track the delivery.
Shipping Information:
Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Please make sure to enter the shipping address and contact information accurately, as incorrect shipping instructions may lead to delayed delivery or additional charges for a second delivery attempt or may result in non-delivery.
Shipping Notice:
Please be aware that opening sealed products by the manufacturer and returning them immediately is not allowed. In case of any issues, please follow the return and exchange policy, and we will provide the necessary support.
